Not at all. These are rumours. There are no mosquitos, insects or mites in Shwe Inn Tha as --- we fumigate weekly, supply mosquito nets to each & everyone of our guests and we spray insect repellant every evening before bed time.

CHILD POLICY Children 12 years old or above is considered as adult. Children under 12 years old will be free of charge.However, no additional breakfast nor extra bed will be provided. TERMS AND CONDITION For Airport Transfer If you have big luggage, please book a van instead of saloon. It is very IMPORTANT for you to get the emergency call numbers from our reservation staff when you settle the payment. Our reservation will give you the telephone numbers in case you can't find the driver at airport. If you don't get any reply from our reservation , please contact reservation staffs by email or call at 95-1-543714 or 95-81-29313, 95-81-29445. PAYMENT All Bookings are on prepayment basis. We accept payment by Visa, Master and AMEX only via Softtrac E- merchants Online Payment System without processing fees of 6% favorably for online booking makers. CANCELLATION POLICY If you should decide to cancel the booking, the notification of your cancellation must reach as at least 7 working days ( not including Sundays and Public Holidays ) before your check - in date. A full reund will be credited to your credit card account less an administrative fee of US $ 15.00. If your notification of cancellation reaches us less than 7 working days ( not including Sundays and Public Holidays ) before your check - in date, the amount to be credited to your credit account will be the full booking amount less one room night charge and an administrative fee of US $ 15.00. All no show and no notification of cancellation will be levied on eac key amendment such as the check - in date. I have read and accept the User Agreement.
