All room reservations must be made in advance and directly with the Hotel @ Shwe Inn Tha Reservation Office, in Yangon, Located at 12/A(6) Kokine Avenue, Golden Valley, Bahan Tsp, Yangon, Myanmar.
Guide Policy:
Payment, Deposit, rooming list and flight details
Deposit (when requested) and full payment should be made in cash at the reservation office in Yangon, especially for the month of November, December, January & February.
For GIT bookings, rooming list and flight details must be submitted 45 days prior to group arrival.
The hotel reserves the right to cancel the bookings which can not provide rooming list and flight details as mentioned above in paragraph
Early Departures:
In the event that a guest checks out earlier than the confirmed date, the Hotel will retain all room and tax payment for the balance of the stay. Emergency departures will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellation & No-Show Information
Cancellations within 30 to 21 days prior to arrival of the guests will be charged 20% of the total room charges.
Cancellations within 15 to 20 days prior to arrival of the guests will be charged 30% of the total room charges.
Cancellations within 8 to 14 days prior to arrival of the guests will be charged 50% of the total room charges.
Cancellations within 7 days (seven) days prior to arrival of the guests will be charged 75% of the total room charges.
Room amendments are only allowed if made 30 days before or prior to arrival of the guests. If an amendment is made after that, the charges will be same as cancellation fees.
No-show will be charged 100% of the total room charges.
Cancellations and amendment are to be made by facsimile transmission only and are valid only when acknowledged by signing and returning to sender by an authorized signatory from The Hotel @ Shwe Inn Tha Reservation Office, Yangon.
Meal Information
The breakfast (American / Traditional) is included in the room rate.
Outside guests will be charged US$ 6 for the breakfast.
International / Traditional breakfast Buffet US$ 5
Complimentary Policy
Children under 12 (twelve) years of age sharing the same room with their parents are free of charge; but not including breakfast and no extra bed .
A baby cot can be provided, which is subject to availability on a complimentary basis by prior notice and booking.
Half Twin Complimentary room shall be provided to the Tour Leader for every 15 paying guests, including breakfast. Any other expenditure will be regarded as personal use and that will have to be settled upon check out. A maximum of 2 (two) complimentary room per group will apply irrespective of the group size.
Miscellaneous
Check in / check out time is 12:00 hours. Early check in or late check out is only possible if rooms are available and only upon written request and has to counter checked with the hotel front office directly to get a confirmed status.
Transfer from Airport to Hotel by car and boat also provided by Shwe Inn Tha the rates may be confirmed one month ahead before the guest arrival.
The above mentioned rates, terms and conditions are strictly confidential and must not be disclosed to a third party or sold directly to the customers.
